Job Description

The prime responsibility in this position would be to support the manufacturing operations with quality assurance practices. planning and coordinating daily shop floor activities. Weekly and Monthly Production planning and preparing daily and all monthly production reports. To fulfill the monthly targets.
Receipt of BPR from Production Planning, Review and submitting Batch documents to QA department
Maintaining the Balances, Equipment, Instrument in Calibrated state.
Coordinating with the maintenance engineering personnel to on time of PMP and breakdown of Equipment
To carry out unit operation like various types of reactions, extraction, separations, filtration, high vacuum distillation and drying
Following the GDP,cGMP guidelines in all aspects of Documentation
Checking cleanliness of area, equipment, machinery and line clearance to the operation
of various documents and records as per cGMP.
