JOB SUMMARY:
This role will have responsibilities for the Strategic Initiatives for maximizing revenue and optimizing costs through Portfolio actions on the Customer Base. These will include Customer life cycle management, Activation, Retention and Attrition management, Deposits build up and overall Liabilities Book growth programs via direct customer facing campaigns, monitoring them and using feedback and through other strategic initiatives.
