Job Description

As an E-Learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing e-learning courses for our organization. The candidate should have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia content creation, and proficiency in various e-learning development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Development:

   • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Storyboarding, and Vyond to design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses.
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy in course materials.

2. Multimedia Content Creation:

   • Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning modules.
   • Incorporate audio, video, and interactive elements to create dynamic and immersive learning experiences.

3. Storyboarding:

   • Develop detailed storyboards outlining the flow and interactions of e-learning modules.
   • Work closely with instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

4. Tool Proficiency:

   • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Storyboarding techniques, and Vyond to create diverse and effective e-learning content.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-learning development tools.

5. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct thorough quality checks on e-learning modules to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
   • Address and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in the course content.

6. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to improve course content.
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall e-learning strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Storyboarding, and Vyond.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent creativity, visual design, and multimedia content creation skills.
