Product development and management.
Forecasting periodic sales targets for refinery operations to achieve business goals and
leading the frontline sales team to achieve them
Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the
market
Enabling business growth by developing distributor/ dealer network and implementing
effective channel programs
Deploying various methodologies to analyse processes and recommending
modifications to minimize escalation,
reduce rejection, realize operational efficiencies, control variability & costs and reduce
cycle time
Identifying the areas of bottlenecks & breakdown; taking steps to achieve zero accident
& customer complaints
through the application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis
Steering the successful roll-out of operations while managing the defining of scope,
setting timelines, analyzing
requirements, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets
Managing project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to
utilities, machines, manpower
& monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion
Ensuring site operations are performed smoothly with commissioning &
procurement operations
Dealing with consultants/ licensors/ statutory bodies for compliance of requirements
