Job Description

Primary Duties: Source, identify, and close IT Jobs through various Job portals. Navigate and collaborate with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed. Act as a liaison between the client and resources by working with U.S.-based staffing firms. Contact US IT Staffing professionals (Clients/Vendors) for potential business leads. Research and implement innovative strategies for active and passive job searches. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our IT services. Demonstrate excellent customer service/client relations skills with a proven track record of client retention. Maintain clear and organized. work reports and other organizational documentation. Collaborate within a team environment to achieve personal and team sales goals. Requirements: Previous experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive roles within the IT services industry is advantageous. Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas (Monthly/Quarterly). Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms, such as US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders, on all tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C). Ability to manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors. Prior experience supporting the US IT staffing industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is beneficial. Fluent English language skills. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
