Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Global Kitchens in Kolkata. The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for executing market research, developing sales and marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with stakeholders and customers. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Experience in conducting market research Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies . Customer service skills Experience in public relations Experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative and analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and have a passion for the food and hospitality industry
