Skills: Customer Relationship, Creativity, Adaptability, Research, Analysis, Forecasting. Inter personal communication, leadership, people management, Budget alignment. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the Company's marketing initiative. To carry out market research and analysis to direct marketing strategies and planning. Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecast. To oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products and services. Develop, lead and execute business development strategies in line with organization's long term and short term goals. Generate new business through marketing, sales and brand building activities. Strategize and align the future requirement of the customers. Workout Project cost, prepare quotations, negotiate and finalize business deals. Customer Management - Enquiry/Query Management, Presentations, Customers visits etc. Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
