Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Managing all HR strategy projects. Developing monitoring and reviewing strategies or projects plans for HR functions in line with company's growth strategy and acting as an integral advisor to senior leaders and HR team members on People strategy. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress. Act as SPOC from HR to liaison with the Technology team and ensure automation of various manual processes in HR. Managing appraisals and annual review cycle and people management: Ensuring adherence of HR process through audits. Continuously looking for improvement in efficiency / quality and ensuring we have mechanisms in place to measure the success. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and labor standards. Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures. Overseeing Employee Engagement initiatives and elevating Employer Branding efforts. Assisting the. team in developing dashboards and analytics on HRIS, payroll and employee data, performance or productivity data. Building & developing HR Processes with focus on overall organizational development, change management, business excellence and transformation. Be an employee experience champion and work towards creating and sustaining a highly engaged workforce Ideal Profile: Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role. MUST have peoples skills, excellent in interpersonal skills, presentation skills and ability to gel up with employees easily is mandatory. Good knowledge of statutory compliance and labor law. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. Ability to develop clear and fair company policies. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Team management skills Good hold on MS Excel, ppt, and policy formation Excellent Communication, pleasing personality and ability to handle any situations during event is MUST. Must possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to interact daily with internal employees and external vendors
