1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive national & international recruitment strategy aligned with the institution's overall enrollment goals and mission. Analyze student enrollment trends, market research, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Set measurable objectives for student recruitment and admissions, and monitor progress toward achieving those goals. 2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of admissions professionals dedicated to student recruitment and national admissions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork. 3. Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and nurture relationships with education departments . Collaborate with academic departments, marketing teams, and other relevant stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials and strategies. for international audiences. 4. Admissions Process Management: Oversee the entire admissions process for applicants, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and adherence to relevant policies and regulations. Implement technology solutions to streamline application processing and communication with prospective students. 5. Student Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Represent the institution at international fairs, conferences, and events to promote programs and build relationships. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to admissions, conversion rates, and demographics to inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on admissions performance and trends. 7. Cultural Sensitivity and Communication: Understand and appreciate the cultural differences of international applicants and their unique needs throughout the admissions process. Communicate effectively with international applicants, their families, and representatives, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant immigration and visa regulations, ensuring that international applicants have accurate information and guidance. Qualifications: A master's degree in a relevant field (such as higher education administration, international relations, or marketing) is preferred. 15+ years of experience in admissions, international recruitment, or related fields, with progressively in creasing responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills. Knowledge of international education trends, enrollment management strategies, and marketing techniques. Familiarity with relevant regulations related to international student admissions and visas. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret enrollment data. Proficiency in using admissions software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
