Csuiteerp Private Limited JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Jr. Software Developer GENERAL SUMMARY: The Software Developer works closely with the internal technology team and the development team on all product development activities for CBOS features and functionality, including requirement analysis, feasibility, design, development, deployment, QA and bug fix. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs requirement analysis based on documented requirements and discussions with business users for developing ERP and CRM features for a cloud based product. Performs feasibility analysis on complex feature development in Java for cloud based ERP product. Performs hands on design work for CBOS feature development and integrations. Troubleshoots complex performance & technical issues, and other bug fixes. Participates in product release planning. Works closely with the business analysts to design and develop CBOS features and applications in accordance with business. teams story documentation. Assists in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates. Builds high quality and highly reliable end user software. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned. Foundation Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Must be able to understand business requirements, estimate the design and development efforts, and do hands on complex designs and development tasks. Must possess basic understanding of the software development life cycle. Must possess outstanding quantitative and analytical skills. Knowledge and experience with Java J2EE development. Knowledge and experience with relational database design and programming. Knowledge and experiece working with SOAP and REST APIs using xml and Json formats. Must possess a solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts. Must possess familiarity with version control concepts. Must posses strong time management skills and be to work under tight deadlines. Must possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be able to adapt to frequent changes in workload and adjust priorities accordingly. Must possess the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, small company environment. Must be able to coach and guide a junior developer. Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other information systems related field required. At least one(1) to two (2) years of software development experience in Java J2EE technologies, including design, development and deployment, required or a Master degree.
