Job Description

QA Manager / Sr. QA Engineer Job Role: Ensuring the quality and persistence of the software by understanding the requirement/specification document and designing test cases to capture bugs within the system. Execution of test cases and testing the corrections of bugs and enhancements Regression Testing, Unit Testing, Performance / Load Testing, API Testing, Security Testing Work in close collaboration with both our Product and Engineering teams to ensure the inclusion of enhancements requested by clients in the software and ensure bug-free delivery Design, development, & execution of manual and automated test solutions Analysis of automated test results and failures. Documenting test cases and maintaining the test library Providing Sign-offs on Software Release Notes Environment management - Creation, upgrade, and maintenance of test environments, creation, and maintenance of test data Experience in Automation Testing is desired Experience in LOS/LMS. functional testing shall have strong preference Skills And Requirements: 3 or more years of experience as QA engineer Experience in completing scenario tests and stress tests Worked as a Quality Analyst within the Development or QA function at a software company Automation testing experience, experience in Unit Testing and/or other testing frameworks, experience in BFSI project(s) Experience in MS SQL server will be added advantage Ability to read complex requirement/specification documents and design test cases Ability to do complex setups and configuration and execute test cases Strong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment Very good Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator Experience: 3+ years Number of Openings: 2+ How well support you: Transparent performance-based compensation schemes Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Best-in-class compensation, commensurate to the experience Group insurance Provident Fund Flexible work schedule Location: Mumbai Job type: Full time
