In this role, you will be working on generating and converting leads, while servicing clients and help them invest better. You will report to the Branch Manager and your responsibilities will be dependent on the Branch Managers span of control and geographic location. Job Responsibilities New client acquisition (Equity and Wealth) and generating revenue from them. Provide. direction to new customers by being responsive to their needs, inquiries and requests Address routine and non-routine inquiries from customers and prospects and build relationship with clients including negotiating the best brokerage, understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and keeping them updated of new recommendations and offerings. Managing portfolio of HNI clients and updating them regularly Generating revenue through direct and channel sales (sub-brokers) Must be focused on bottom line performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and entire customer experience Proactive inbound/outbound sales including empanelment of new Sub-brokers / referral partners. Actively seek referral opportunities and follow up on leads. Activation of existing inactive clients and sub-brokers Relationship managers are required to have a thorough understanding of all Arihant Capitals products and services and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to refer clients to our other Business Units to provide additional financial solutions. Constantly stay updated of all new products and recommendations and enhance your sales skills including product knowledge, presenting multiple options and proactive outbound calling efforts, ability to compare and contrast investments. The RM must be totally dedicated to exceeding all client expectations and must be capable of meeting specific objectives relating to the retention of their teams book. Meeting with client and those who interested in sub-broker ship. Receiving checks, check disbursements and new account processing. Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities. Interact with internal cross-functional partners to resolve client issues and escalations (Risk, Research, Operations and IT). Qualifications and Skills Minimum Graduates with more than 1-year experience. Certification of NISM/NCFM/AMFI Demonstrated business development experience with a strong drive for results Demonstrated dedication to treating clients in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way. Demonstrating the ability to consistently handle client complaints and providing a resolution that meets the needs/wants of the client, the branch and the company. Good brokerage and industry knowledge and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point applications. Good Command over English & Hindi language, written and verbal both. Ability to build and deepen relationships with clients, within the community and within Arihant to achieve desired results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
