Job Description

  • This position is responsible to provide primary support aspects of the Ameriprise's Learning Management System (Ameriprise University), powered by Cornerstone including configuration of courses and events, processing registrations, withdrawals, and completions, providing initial Tier II troubleshooting and support, and contributing to team processes and procedures
  • Also Provide secondary support to modules within other HR applications like Workday and ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support aspects of the Ameriprise's Learning Management System (Ameriprise University), powered by Cornerstone including configuration of courses and events, processing registrations, withdrawals, and completions, providing initial Tier II troubleshooting and support, and contributing to team processes and procedures.
  • Provide secondary support to modules within other HR applications like Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Assist with small to medium size projects related to the support of those systems.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous system and process improvement.
  • Perform work meeting established SLAs and quality standards.
  • Assist in the identification of trends based on end-user issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders across company.
  • Leverage reporting techniques for system insights and help in troubleshooting.

Job Qualifications

  • Between 1 - 2 years of experience as LMS or HCM system analyst.
  • Operational knowledge of learning management systems, Workday or ServiceNow systems.
  • Analytical Skills to understand system issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Should be a team player and must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently on changing priorities.
  • Strong dedication to client service
  • Experience working on an international team.
  • Basic knowledge of eLearning design software, HTML, and database management a plus
  • bachelors degree in engineering/BCA/MCA (preferred)
  • Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System or WorkDay or HR Service now preferred
