5. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
6. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
7. Have completed at least a Bachelor's Degree or MBA
8. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plan
9. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
10. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
11. Write compelling business proposals
12. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
13. Identify Prospective leads in the Globe region using different tools like Linkedin, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator etc.
14. Must have experience of Bidding platforms like Upwork, AppFutura, Freelancer, etc
15. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on market requirements regarding DevOps services
16. Must have knowledge of Cloud based DevOps Services such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure
