Job Description

JD as below:

Scrutinize of Letter of credit.

Coordinating with Warehouse, CHA, Transporter Etc.

Knowledge of COO, Form A etc

Coordinating for CHA / Shipping Line / Freight Forwarders for Operations issue.

Coordinate for Legalization of documents / Third party inspection to be arranged.

Knowledge of Hazardous goods & DG approvals.

Pre-shipment / Post-shipment document preparation.

Tracking the shipment i.e ETA at destination .

Bank Realization Certificate.

Arranging & Checking of CHA/ Freight Bills.

MIS report for exports. (Complete Order Cycle )

Maintaining and Tracking the Export Incentive.

Follow-up for EGM queries with respective CHA / Freight Forwarder.

Co-ordinate with Bank for timely receipt of Bank Advices.

Preparation & submission of documents to GST office for Deemed Exports.

Section 74 Calculation & application process.

Complete Banking formalities regarding Exports.
