Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E Commerce Manager to join our team at HIKBE Media Group. As an E Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales and achieving revenue goals. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in E Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in E Commerce management or related roles Proficient in E Commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in E Commerce Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets Manage and optimize the E Commerce platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to enhance the E Commerce platform and deliver high-quality customer experiences Identify and implement digital marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers Manage and update product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to E Commerce operations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E Commerce and online marketing
