Roles and Responsibilities
To Handle Queries And Complaints From Customers Tactfully, Provide Excellent Customer Experience At Every Interaction And Ensuring End To End Resolution By Taking Complete Ownership For The Customer In Every Transaction.
Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem - Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) product licensing, activation, upgrades, renewals and customer portals; liaise with other Veritas business units as needed.

Shifts- For Female 7AM to 8 PM(Any 9 hours of rotational shift and week offs) for Male 24*7 (Any 9 hrs of rotational shift and week offs).
