Post: Sales Coordinator
Job Description
1. Handle Enquiries - both existing and new customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, online portals like Google, Indiamart, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
2. Sending Proforma Invoice to clients.
3. Follow up till enquiry converted in order
4. Provide assistance to the sales team - Pan India
5. Maintaining and organising all sales data.
6. Coordination with the Manufacturing unit, Quality and Purchase department.
7. Vendor Management
8. Billing Management
9. Collection Management
10. Act as a point of coordination in the company.
11. Event Coordination:
Eligible criteria
1. Having 4 to 5 years of experience from a manufacturing company.
2. Knowledge of MS office, Google Drive, sheets etc
3. Good in email drafting/sending to clients and vendors
4. Good verbal and written communication
5. Must be Graduate.
