Key Responsibilities:

• Managing internal data files & folders
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Understand Payroll entries & record them in the books as per the client frequencies
• Adding daily/weekly/Bi-weekly bills & receipts shared by clients
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Basic understanding of MS Excel
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally/ QuickBooks/ Xero)
• Good English Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Must have done B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA
