We are seeking a talented MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying web applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications that meet our clients" needs. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in existing applications. - Implement security and data protection measures. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a. related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack. - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., Redux, Bootstrap, Tailwindcss). - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Knowledge of Docker and containerization. - Familiarity with real-time communication technologies like WebSockets, WebRTC, etc. - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience in utilizing AI tools to accelerate the development process. - Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects available on GitHub.
