Job Description for Performance Testing Resources: We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Testing engineer to design and execute performance testing activities for our client. Performance Testing engineers; duties include and not restricted to: Installing and managing the configuration of Performance Testing Tools. Designing Test Scenarios to meet documented test requirements. Designing and preparing Test Data to support test requirements. Collecting and reporting on Test Outcomes, including metrics and Status reports. Conforming to client processes, standards and guidelines for project delivery. Proficient with an Enterprise Commercial performance testing tool High level of proficiency in an Enterprise Performance Tools such as Microfocus LoadRunner, Tricentis Flood, JMeter, Silk Performer would be considered. Understand the end-2-end software development lifecycle. Proficiency at writing formal reports. Analyse Interpret results and. graphs. Understand describe the relationship between queues and sub-systems Identify suggestions for performance tuning Preparing the test reporting business scenarios Understanding the non-functional requirements Evaluating the objectives of the service level agreement Designing the test scripts Identifying parameter for testing Establishing Checkpoints Designing workload models Executing performance tests Using consistent metrics for monitoring Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, software development, or a related field. Previous experience as a Performance test engineer. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. Highly accurate and detail oriented. 3+ years to 15 years of Experience Qualified at ITSQB or ISEB level in Quality Assurance is preferred Additional Soft Skills Ability to work in a team Desire to constantly learn new things and improve skills Perseverance Ability to resolve conflicts Strong leadership qualities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
