Job Description

:
To handle overall Quality and Audit operations independently across factory
To lead Quality and related team members
To Lead customer and regulatory audits, inspections
To Develop and implemen the Quality departments strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables
To ensure the departmental performance against goals.
To Implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
To implement and maintain a Quality Risk Management system to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current requirements
To nsure effective CAPA system, GMP, compliance with regulatory guidelines
To Observe and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
To manage QMS system and accordingly relevant audit training
To manage product/process and system audits
To manage incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection in the industry
To handle types of customer audits and APQP and PPAP activity
To handle customer complaints, customer satisfaction
To analysis and action on total rejection
Reporting to VP Quality & Factory Head
Qualification : M Sc/B Sc Chemistry,
Location : Raigad, Palghar, Wada, Navi Mumbai
Salary : Salary will depending on his skill, expertise, education and experience Background.
