Job Description

We are looking for a Product Head who will be a key member of the product development and management team and strategize closely with the technology, design, editorial, and research teams to deliver products/solutions that support educators and improve student outcomes. Position: Product Manager Shift: Day Work location: Noida Sector - 63 Working days: Monday to Friday, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays Roles & Responsibilities : Drive product-design process in coordination with the IT team, content team, designers, and subject matter experts to build new user interfaces and product flows to meet users goals, while ensuring a cohesive product vision by researching user needs and synthesizing the same into a coherent vision. Ensure that the team understands the vision for upcoming features and has the product information for a successful launch of the product. Effectively present product plans, ideas, and designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders for feedback. . Monitor product usage and interact regularly with internal stakeholders and educators to analyse product feedback and build product knowledge within them. Stay abreast of trends, key issues, competitors, and partner offerings. Responsible for managing project-related P&L, business growth, and management, looking out for new business collaborations that are of mutual advantage. Making a customer-centric product that can sell like salt in the USA and European countries. Responsible for end-to-end competitive analysis and bringing out something unique on the table in terms of product development and marketing. Job Specification: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Proficient MS office skills
