Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join the faculty as an Associate Professor specializing in Human Resources (HR). The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles, a passion for teaching, a commitment to academic excellence, and a proven record of impactful research in the field of human resources management. Responsibilities - Develop and deliver graduate-level courses in human resources management, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and academic rigor. - Utilize innovative teaching methods to foster student learning, critical thinking, and the practical application of HR concepts. - Provide mentorship and guidance to students, supporting their intellectual and professional growth in the field of HR management. - Conduct high-quality research in HR management, publish findings in reputable academic journals, and present. research at conferences and seminars. - Offer leadership and support in the development and implementation of HR-related initiatives, both within the institute and in collaboration with external partners. - Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in HR management through continuous professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars. Qualifications - A Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, with X years of experience in academia or relevant industry positions. - Demonstrated expertise in HR management principles, practices, and theories. - A strong record of scholarly publications in referred journals, showcasing research excellence in HR management topics. - Successful experience in teaching HR courses at the graduate level, with a commitment to innovative pedagogy and student-centered learning. - Ability to effectively mentor and supervise graduate students in their research endeavors. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment. - Demonstrated commitment to service, including engagement with professional organizations, community outreach activities, and institute service. - A professional attitude and a strong work ethic, with a passion for advancing knowledge in the field of HR management.
