Job Description

Assist with design and development of new cutting tools, including 3D modeling, simulation, and analysis. Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate tool performance and optimize parameters. Understanding the sales need and connecting with the dealers. Analyze process data and troubleshoot technical issues related to tool application. Prepare technical reports and presentations on findings. Support production and quality control activities. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies. Participate in cross-functional team projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA). Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and optimization techniques (optional). Passion for learning. and eagerness to contribute new ideas.
