About the Job:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our Customer Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistance by diagnosing and solving the issues with the goal of providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.   Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats, Emails and Voice communication
  • Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Quick and effectively build the rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
  • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
  Key Skills:
  • Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites.
  • Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehension skills
  • Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Undergraduates ( No Backlogs ) and above ( Not pursuing any regular studies )
  • Minimum 6 Months work experience into customer support and also fresher with A1 communication skills are also welcomed
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Mostly Night and Late Night shifts )
