Capillary Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Escalation Manager - US region (Brierley) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization
• Understand customers' needs and goals, and work with them to develop strategies for success
• Provide training and support to customers, helping them to effectively use our products and services
• Ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and requests
• Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products and services, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent Customer service and communication skills
