Job Description

• Review the Change Requests and prepare Test cases and Test Scenarios
• Prepare functional test Plan & Test Scripts for all possible scenarios
• Execute the functional test scenarios in Quality GV Systems (SAP HCM/Payroll System) and obtain sign off from the Client to move to Production system

Skills and Experience

• Experience in end to end hands-on processing payroll and year end activities for at-least one country.
• Experience and/or Knowledge in US / Canada Payroll and related Legislation will be an added advantage
• Strong ability to interpret Business requirements and build the test scenarios accordingly
• Experience in testing methodology and SAP Functional Testing experience for US and/or Canada & Mexico Clients Payroll, Garnishments, Benefits and Union Dues etc Excellent communication skills to interface with multinational clients and internal users in the region
• Ability to multi-tasking and Flexible to working hours and ready to work in US shift
• Experience in Functional Testing in SAP HCM/Payroll System for US, Canada & Mexico Clients
• Experiences in Payroll Processing will be a plus
• Very strong in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
• Very Strong Communication Skills and experience in dealing with Multinational Clients in the US / Canada / Mexico
• Willing to work in Night Shift and extend the shift hours meet the Client needs
• Should be a Quick Learner
• Excellent Team Player
