The role is primarily functional and semi-technical in nature, requires strong analytical skills, an aptitude towards learning various ADP HCM products
- This position will require working in India Night Shifts, ie, US Business Hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST) Skills,
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong Functional knowledge in HCM modules required: US Payroll, Core HR and Benefits Administration modules
- Should have worked on the PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Effective client communication skills
- Excellent listening, written and oral commination skills a must
- 2 + years in-depth experience in functional design and requirements gathering , as it pertains to customizations with PeopleSoft or other HR/Benefits/Payroll systems
- Basic SQL knowledge is mandatory
- Strong knowledge in People Tools
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills required
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct analysis and investigation session with clients and vendors to determine feasibility of requirements
- Prepare the functional design/specifications documents as per the requirements
- Coordinate with clients and help the client in testing the requirements
- Coordinate with the developers, provide guidance and direction to ensure full understanding of requirements/functional specifications document
- Ability to understand the source and target systems and prepare the mapping documents to load the data into target systems
- This role requires individuals to work in US day shifts, however the individual needs to be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment when needed
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA or MBA
