We have an urgent hiring with one of the Renowned Travel Company - Mumbai 

 

Role: MICE Contracting

Experience: 3 to 10 years 

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi 

 

Candidate Competencies:

 

• Must maintain strong relationships with suppliers, both globally and within India.

• Must maintain annual contracts where applicable for hotels, Airlines and other suppliers.

• Must have in depth knowledge of MICE business and client expectations.

• Must have in depth product and destination knowledge. Any destination expert certifications are an add value.

• Must be strong at Task and Query management.

• Must be very high on Time Management skills as the Quotations need to be reverted to clients within defined TATs.

• Must have a complete understanding of the Events and its various components.

• Must have complete understanding of the Online and Offline Bidding process.

 

Product and Contracting JD:

 

• Meeting Business Goals by achieving defined Bottom-line Targets.

• Maintaining a track of all the assigned Group Queries.

• Prioritizing the queries on the basis of the preset client deadlines.

• Reaching out to minimum 3 suppliers for every service.

• Maintaining a daily log of all the queries being worked upon.

• Maintaining cost sheets for every single query being worked upon.

• Negotiate with all the suppliers for the best and most competitive quote.

• Prepare in advance for the online/Offline bidding && sharing the no regret quotes to the clients.

• Enter negotiation discussions with clients to win the offline bids.

• Liaising with the Tourism boards to get approvals for grants wherever applicable.

• Maximizing revenue in every project by promoting Add on services.

• Handing over cost sheets to operations team after the final cost for all the components is finalized.

• Maintaining strong on ground service delivery && ensure we deliver more than what we promise.

• Ensuring File closure and final invoicing to the client within the defined SOP timelines.
