We have an urgent hiring with one of the Renowned Travel Company - Mumbai  

 

Role: MICE Operations 

Experience: 3 to 10 years 

Qualification: Any Graduation 

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore 

 

Candidate Competencies:

• Must be hands on with MS Office and specifically MS Excel for maintaining heavy reports.

• Must have the experience of handing end to end Visa queries from gathering client documents to managing visa applications.

• Must have good understanding of the Airline GDS and Group Hotel bookings.

• Must have strong inclination towards process adherence and task management.

• Must have efficiency in Time Management

Operations JD:

• Meeting Business Goals by achieving defined Bottom-line Targets.

• Maintaining a track of all the confirmed Group Queries and publish a weekly calendar with all the departure schedules.

• Prioritizing the group operations on the basis of the group execution timelines.

• Negotiating with suppliers for saving every penny.

• Coordinating with the Client Coordinators for Visa documentation collections and application dates.

• Coordinating with the Client Coordinators for rooming list and closing the loop by sharing it with the hotels and tour managers before the group.
• Coordinating with the relevant Embassies for documentation waivers and visa appointments.

• Coordinating with Airlines team for group ticketing.

• Tour managers schedule planning and allowance management.

• Managing supplier payments in accordance to the cost sheets and Business SOPs.

• Liaising with Accounts for Forex to be handed over to the travelling team

• Maximizing revenue in every project by promoting Add on services.

• Maintaining strong on ground service delivery && ensure we deliver more than what we promise.

• Ensuring File closure and final invoicing to the client within the defined SOP timelines.

• Following up on client payments and ensuring the entire payment comes through before the set timelines.

• Engaging with clients for any service or payment disputes and resolving the matter amicably.
