Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Pharma professional who will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new drugs and treatments for various medical conditions. The position will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals and regulatory agencies, to ensure rigorous testing and adherence to safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field Experience in drug development and clinical trials Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines Demonstrated ability to conduct scientific research and analyze complex data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with drug commercialization processes . Fluency in English and strong technical writing skills
