: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Excel and Tally, along with a strong understanding of computer systems. The primary responsibilities will revolve around online works, agreement editing, and general office tasks. Responsibilities: Handle tendering websites, conduct research, and execute data entry tasks. Utilize Excel and Tally software for various tasks, ensuring accuracy and proficiency in data management. Review and edit agreements, contracts, and other documents as required, adhering to company standards and requirements. Maintain Documentation for ongoing solar projects, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance documents. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and organizing office. supplies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Proficiency in Excel and Tally software. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in agreement editing or legal documentation is a plus
