• Staffing and Resource Planning: Lead the development of staffing strategies to meet operational needs, including hiring plans and resource allocation
• Scheduling Optimization: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to meet workload demands while considering employee preferences and skills
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance metrics related to workforce productivity, efficiency, and staffing levels
• Forecasting and Analysis: Utilize data analytics and forecasting techniques to predict staffing needs and trends
• Workforce Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance workforce efficiency, including training programs and process improvements
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best practices in workforce management
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead teams, providing guidance and support to achieve workforce optimization goals
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Workforce Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource optimization
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and using workforce management software
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
