Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Service Coordinator. The Product Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely delivery of products. The candidate will also be responsible for on-site installation and training for customers. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer. Support skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical specifications related to Uninterruptible Power Supply technologies Experience in providing Telephonic training for customers Excellent organizational and time management skills
