Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Vadodara. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role will involve handling. customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through various channels, including voice and non-voice communication. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Prior experience in the customer service or related field is a plus
