The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Additionally, the Specialist will lead market research studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage vendor and agency relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices Experience with market research and customer segmentation Proficient in Microsoft. Office, Google Suite, and marketing automation software Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
