Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Be the chief evangelist for Finacle brand. Develop the strategy, team, agency partnerships and processes to scale our brand and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Continuously curate Finacle's brand messaging and identity in alignment with our business strategy. Craft and grow the Finacle brand, including messaging, personality, and design. Deliver creative direction for key design projects.
  • Lead a team of content writers, and designers to create insightful, engaging and lead-converting resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing. Drive data-driven decisions to amplify our content-led customer engagements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with influencers and thought leaders in our space.
  • Design creative approaches to work closly with the industry influencers, and serve as a go-to resource for rest of the unit.
  • Help scale our partner marketing programs with co-branded content-led marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the product marketing, analyst relations, field marketing and other functional teams, to drive initiatives for thought leadership, media, partner and influencer engagement
  • Grow and develop the team through hiring, training and mentoring
  • Present Finacle value proposition and thought leadership at external and internal events

Knowledge / Skills Required


  • Min 15 years of B2B marketing work experience with proven competency in content marketing and branding
  • Ability to build strategic perspective and influence at executive level
  • Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, frameworks, techniques and best practices
  • Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core value proposition
  • High impact communication across multiple formats: Full professional proficiency in English
  • Practical knowledge of key contemporary digital marketing channels, activities, metrics and measurement techniques
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high demand environment
  • Pragmatic and results orientated, with a focus on results and time bound delivery, coupled with strong persistence.
  • Familiarity with the banking industry, trends and topics
