Job Description
- Take end-to-end ownership of large product modules, serving as the technical point of contact and champion for scale, stability, and long-term performance.
- Drive design discussions for complex AI features and lead the development of these modules across the application stack.
- Mentor and lead a small team of junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with Architects and engineering managers to innovate enterprise-class AI products, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
- Participate in design and architecture reviews, contributing to the overall product architecture at Capillary.
- Actively participate in hiring and onboarding top-quality engineers within Capillary s engineering teams.
- Maintain an individual contributor role with a focus on actively contributing to code development.
Job Requirement
Required Skills:
- Innovative and self-motivated individual with a passion for developing complex and scalable enterprise-level AI applications.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on algorithms, data structures, and AI.
- Proficiency in Python and expertise in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Solid coding and design skills with a history of developing scalable & high-availability applications.
- In-depth understanding of Observability principles (Metrics, Logging, Monitoring, Alerting) to ensure robust application performance.
- Experience with scalable Distributed Systems Architectures, Micro-Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background working with Relational databases (Primarily MySQL) and familiarity with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDB).
- Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- BTech in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent programming experience.
