Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in ERP system management, implementation, and support, preferably in a leadership role. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors) and their modules, including finance, supply chain, sales & distribution, service, project, manufacturing, and human resources. Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and training. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on process optimization. Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems. with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment. Certification in relevant ERP systems and project management methodologies is a plus.
