Job Description

Candidate should have understanding of the HR processes, technical implementation in the system in areas of the SAP HR / HCM, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PY)

• Knowledge in IT/ ERP and/or Payroll/HR Industry

• Ability to write code in Python.

• Good understanding and strong knowledge in configuration for SAP HR/ Payroll
• Should be a Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant.
• At least 1 full life cycle implementations in SAP HR
• Should have experience in SAP HCM Best Practices.
• Must have working experience in configuration of Indian Payroll (mandatory).
• Good to have experience in schema, PCR, ESS , MSS and SuccessFactors.
• Should have knowledge in OM, PA, Positive time, Indian Payroll, PD and ESS and MSS.
• Must have sound knowledge of Indian statutory forms and all HCM related statutory forms.

 Requirements

• Atleast have 2 to 3 years of experience as SAP HR Consultant
• Strong written verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, MBA in HR or similar courses.
• Should be a Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant.
