Position Overview : Business Analysis Mobiloitte Technologies is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi. In this dual role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation of ERP systems, and conducting quality assurance processes to guarantee optimal : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for ERP implementations. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the potential benefits and risks associated with proposed solutions. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. ERP Implementation : Facilitate the successful implementation of ERP systems, ensuring. alignment with business goals and user needs. Perform system testing to validate that the ERP solution meets specified requirements. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase. Quality Assurance : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of ERP solutions. Identify and document defects, and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of ERP applications. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and test plans. Provide regular status updates and reports on ERP implementation and quality assurance activities. Requirements : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and system implementation. Previous experience in Quality Assurance, conducting testing for ERP solutions. ERP Skills : Familiarity with popular ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication : Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
