Job Description

Overseeing the CRM operations and data entry such as Budgets, BOQ, Purchase orders, Bills etc Overseeing the Sales force operations and data entry such as CRM, Marketing, Contracts etc. Coordinating with business units to determine CRM requirements / Issues Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues Working with ERP Vendors to resolve, or develop new codes/features as the case maybe Troubleshooting Working with. auditors to oversee Data accuracy and integrity Providing training and support for end-users Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities Preparing technical and training manuals Requirements Able to convert Business Process Requirement into CRM System Requirement. Implementation of CRM System End user support and reports customization Candidate must Graduate or Post Graduate with 2-3 Years of Experience Good knowledge in excel, ERP software. Good communication Skills. Self-motivated, able to work effectively in team
