Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering Graduate or Diploma Holder
Experience:
10 Years if Electrical Engineering Graduate (3 years of experience in-charge of railway electrification projects.)
16 Years if Diploma Holder (3 years of experience in-charge of railway electrification projects.)
Job Description:
- Orchestrating the end-to-end execution of the Railway Electrification Project, encompassing design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning, single-phase electrification works across an expansive railway network.
- Collaborating closely with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth land acquisition for project implementation.
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of Overhead Equipment (OHE), Traction Substations (TSS),Electric General components, Signal and Telecommunication (S&T) infrastructure, and Civil Engineering works.
- Profound technical expertise in electrical engineering to provide strategic guidance on intricate electrification methodologies, adhering rigorously to established safety standards and regulatory requisites.
- Spearheading discussions with stakeholders, including Railway Construction, to facilitate transparent communication of project progress, address concerns proactively, and align project objectives with stakeholder expectations.
- Supervising critical project milestones, enforcing adherence to stipulated timelines and budgets, while sustaining a steadfast commitment to stringent quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identifying potential project risks, formulating effective mitigation strategies, and demonstrating adaptability in response to dynamic project scenarios.
- Collaborating intimately with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of electrification components into existing railway infrastructure, optimizing both operational efficiency and reliability.
- Establishing and upholding meticulous documentation and reporting procedures, providing accurate updates on project status, comprehensive technical specifications, and performance metrics.
- Exemplifying outstanding leadership and mentorship capabilities, nurturing the professional development of team, while fostering an ethos of excellence and innovation.
- Unwavering culture of safety, consistently adhering to safety protocols, and instilling a collective commitment to accident-free project execution and the holistic well-being of all project.
