Job Description

Role Overview:
As Marketing & Growth Manager - Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth for our ecommerce diviison. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, data analytics and operations to achieve our business objectives. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the ecommerce industry and developing innovative growth strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Responsibilities:Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that increase customer acquisition, engagement (Content Driven, Organic, paid Marketing), retention, and revenue growth for our ecommerce secondary business and sell out across all ecommerce platforms.
  • Lead ecommerce performance marketing Initiatives and Growth Drivers for sustainable growth.
  • Create an annual marketing calendar, TIER 3 pricing/promotion plans, and ensure visibility during key events.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, with a focus on achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the ecommerce industry and develop innovative growth strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Jointly plan business strategies with ecommerce customers and align ecommerce to strive for sell-out growth.
  • Ecommerce &/or Brand experience with focus on new launches, Go to market, Campaign creation etc with Digital ecosystem exposure.
  • Go to Market strategy, Category Insights and Growth Insights to be shared on regular basis to Brand team, ecommerce team and Management.

Operational Excellence:

  • Act as the brand guardian for Mapyr Brand Portfolio on ecommerce platforms and digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's values and image across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage the product and content lifecycle, including pack shots, primary and secondary images, A+ content, descriptions, visibility banners, and more.
  • Work with the product team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, optimize the user experience, maximize conversion and retention.
  • Plan and manage new product launches, including sizing, GTM, demand forecasting, media, asset creation, and more.
  • 3 Tier Pricing Analysis and execution on all the platforms.

Day to day Responsibility

  • Leading ecommerce end to end Performance Marketing, Content and Campaign Management for all ecommerce Portals.
  • Use reviews and ratings to optimize content and work with cross-functional teams to provide the best experience for consumers.
  • Work closely with the brand team, finance, and ecommerce to ensure sell-out and drive secondary sales.
  • Planning, Implementing, Monitoring Content Upload (A+, RPD and Keyword Optimisation) CPC, Sponsored ads, DSP Campaigns, Coupons on ecommerce portals with the support of team members.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Price uniformity across ecommerce players and report on a regular basis.
  • Analyze data to drive the secondary business.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive growth.
  • Identify new channels and partnerships to acquire customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce department, Ecommerce Head and Brand Manager to ensure uniformity in pricing across platforms to avoid a price war.
  • Ecommerce &/or Brand experience with focus on new launches, Go to market, Campaign creation etc with Digital ecosystem exposure.


Analytics and Reporting: (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)

  • Sell out Reports Brand Level, Category level, Ecom Platform level.
  • Content Report A plus, Listing status, Keyword optimisation.
  • Price Report Platform & SKU Level Trucare pricing report.
  • SOH and Sell out report on Platform level.
  • Best seller Ranking Report

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Must have - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ecommerce growth/Performance Marketing for Brand on ecommerce marketplace or focusing on Sell-out Amazon, Noon, First cry.
  • Must have - FMCG, Apparel, Baby care products.
  • Expert for running CPC, DSP and sponsored Ads in Amazon, Noon and other ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau/Power Bi skills
  • Expert in Helium 10, egrow and other MENA region analytical tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for ecommerce B2C businesses.
  • Passionate about digital ecosystem & must have worked with Cross functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and insights generation.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce business models and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Passionate about customer experience and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to think big and take risks to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
