Adreso is currently hiring for the position of Manager - HR (People & Culture) at a leading accounting firm based in Gurgaon. What we are looking for:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- MBA in Human Resources from a tier I college.
- Experience in HR operations and HR strategy/organization development/CoE role.
- Experience in team and vendor management with the ability to design and implement strategic interventions for creating a coaching culture, building high-performing teams, talent development, and employee engagement in a hybrid model.
- Ability to design and implement reward and recognition initiatives.
- Ability to lead different network clubs in the organization.
- Experience in supporting the running of the Great Place To Work Survey.
- Knowledge of developing content for projects and recommending strategies for branding on internal and external platforms.
- Ability to conduct industry research on best practices and interventions, conduct diagnosis, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans.
- Ability to prepare reports, track progress, and report progress.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creativity, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high workload and conflicting priorities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proactive in approach with a strong zeal to learn, and efficient/self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- An individual who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work with ambiguity and conflicting timelines.
- Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
