Develop and nurture effective channel and showrooms.

Serve as effective advisor (formally) and mentor (informally) for the sales team
Credit Control, profitable sale and other financial discipline.
Track and maintain records of the markets and competitors.
Achieve high customer satisfaction score through NPS (Net Promoter Score).
