Requirements

v Degree in business administration or a related field

v Successful previous experience as a Business representative or Business Development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

v Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

v Strong business sense and industry expertise

v Experience - 3-6 yrs

v Work Location Thane Corporate Office

v Product Category LED Lighting

 

Achieve growth & sales targets

v To achieve sales targets through corporate, institutions, and long-arm sales personnel

v Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence

v To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly

v To ensure timely collection of payments

v To execute sector-specific sales in the assigned territory

 

Managing Key accounts

v Network Expansion New account sign-ups

v To maintain and nurture good business relations with clients, dealers

v Establish stock/inventory norms with clients per market and ensure stocking levels and replenishment

v Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

v Ensure account mining, farming, nurturing and negotiating agreements

 

Competitor Analysis

v To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to internal teams

v Collect data from the market about market share, industry growth and consumer preferences

 

Sales Administration

v To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to sales personnel

v To provide weekly/monthly reports on accounts movements in the territory

v To implement Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc v Regular visits to corporate
