Speedways Rubber Company, Jalandhar, a leading player in the rubber and tire industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department. This profile will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing & sales team in achieving their goals and objectives. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of the sales process, including administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support activities. Local candidates will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the marketing & sales team, including but not limited to, preparing documents, maintaining customer records, and processing orders. Assist with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about products/services and addressing any concerns or questions. . Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development. Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. MBA (Marketing) is desirable. Proven experience upto 3 years in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry. Fresher with great communication skills can also apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
