Job Location: J:alandhar, Punjab Brief Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to international clients within the import-export industry. About the roles and. Responsibilities: International Client Interaction: Interact with international clients via email, phone, and other communication channels to provide outstanding customer support. Order Processing: Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise. Documentation: Handle and assist with the preparation of necessary export-import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and stay informed about industry trends to provide informed support to clients. Customs Compliance: Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and tariffs to facilitate smooth transactions for clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in customer support, with a focus on international clients in the import-export industry. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
